Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had rooms in two buildings, not as close as expected in one booking with the same family name, but overall a fine resort. The maintenance department was attentive to our needs. The service was friendly, with standout assistance from Will during our four-day stay. The location was incredible, with a variety of activities for both children and adults, and easy access to airports and highways. However, the disregard for safety measures was concerning. The dining options were a bit pricey, especially at $25 per adult, but fresh local fish was a highlight.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were super big with a large wrap-around balcony, but unfortunately, the noise levels were unbearable all night long. The price per night for three rooms was reasonable.
The room was cozy, but I expected a larger bed that could accommodate more than one person. The view from the room was mostly of the neighboring building's roof, not quite the resort view I had hoped for.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was fantastic with plenty of activities, but the rooms felt cramped and had cheap furniture. The service was friendly despite some minor hiccups. Dining was average, and the facilities were good overall.
The hotel had big, clean rooms with very comfortable beds, but the bathroom was small and the cleaning service was late. The staff eventually came to address issues but struggled with the high number of guests. The location was nice, quieter for kids, and convenient for exploring different Keys. Dining was average, with limited options at a relatively high price. Overall, the hotel offered a comfortable stay but lacked in some service aspects.
I couldn't have asked for more in a hotel suite priced over $800 a night. The suite was absolutely lovely, overlooking the Tranquility Pool with a fantastic view. It featured a full kitchen, upstairs and downstairs decks, a nice pool, and ample parking. The experience was luxurious, though the dining was a bit overpriced and underwhelming.
